Having lived in California 14 years I brought this one home as it was a very clean motorcycle and had planned on riding it. However, the window period of a "Californian" sunshine ride is short and it has spent the last three seasons sitting in my warm garage. This early 1000 has had a mild cosmetic tidy up otherwise paint is original but not perfect. The seat cover has been changed and unfortunately I do not have the original pipes. These are retro Jardine side pipes, very 'Easyrider' and retro for the day. Not everybody's cup of tea but easily changed. The carbs have been rebuilt and the engine & drive train is very strong. Engine is smooth and rattle & smoke free. Everything works including the brake lamp failiure dash lamp. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I have not advertised it any where else as I'm ambivalent about selling it in case we have a warm Summer! V5 in my name. Exempt from MOT and road tax
