Description
1980 Bentley T2
76, 400 miles
Finished in caribbean blue with navy leather interior
Low mileage T2s are becoming very rare and desirable indeed and this one ticks the boxes. A very late model, donated by a few extra niceties such as headlamp wash wipe and the extra burr walnut to the lower console surrounding the cassette player. Only 3 registered former keepers from new, the last being legendary musician and Bentley enthusiast Jools Holland. The penultimate owner was a titled gentleman and wealthy tycoon, although it was the second owner that owned it for the longest. A gentleman residing in Eaton Terrace in London who purchased her from Jack Barclay of London, records show his ownership lasted almost exactly 24 years. The service booklet shows earlier servicing to have been carried out by Jack Barclay and subsequent to that the next 11 stamps are from highly respected Rolls Royce and Bentley specialist The Chelsea Workshop. A nice original example still presented in its original colour and even still fitted with its original Blaupunkt radio.
