Here we have a superb example of a very early "pull" door handle, 3 bearing engined 1963 MGB roadster that was subject to a "no cost spared" ground up restoration in 1995/ 6. The car has been garaged ever since.. The quality of the restoration is clear to see. Though done some time ago the finish is superb and the panel gap excellent. These early Roadsters are now rare, finding one in this condition is even harder. Finished in Old English White with Black Leather Piped in White, new black carpets with correct period rubber floor mats, the interior is excellent with minimal wear. Correct powder coated wire wheels, including the spare. Shod with good quality radials that have seen little use. The MG comes with full documentation of servicing and invoices for various purchases subsequent to the restoration, the original BMC Owners handbook is also present in the file. The MG is still on its original chassis and engine numbers, is mechanically excellent. All switches and electrics function as they should. There is a full tonneau cover with half zip and an unmarked hood. Within the history file there is an 18 year old insurance valuation at 11000 pounds and a 11 year old valuation of 13500 pounds by industry experts. This is a great opportunity for someone to acquire a rare classic. Last owner of approx 8 years really kept this car nice. The early MG roadsters are simple to work on, parts availability is the best of all classic cars. This old English white very early original pull handle represents excellent value for money. The original registration number is a very good one. Black and Silver plates are with the car. Original jack and cork hammer are included. The spare wire wheel in the boot has a carpeted cover. Period correct door mirrors have been added recently. Trailered transport available. Tel the details below for more info.
