1996 Jaguar XKR 4. 0 Litre Superchard Straight Six (X306) Automatic finished in Titanium silver with contrasting Parchment hide interior . A beautiful example which has covered 114, 00 miles with full main agent service history up to 78, 745 miles . The XJR was always that bit naughty , Jaguars first ever Supercharged road car , the A16 Straight Six pushing out 326 bhp , The Eaton Air / water-cooled Supercharger getting it to 0 to 60 in 5. 7 seconds effortlessly through the GM 4L80-E automatic gearbox . It had 17" wheels , firmer suspension and a taller 3. 27:1 differential . Cosmetically it had body-coloured grille surround, mesh grille insert, body-coloured boot-lid plinth, larger exhaust outlets, special five-spoke "Sport" alloy wheels, and "XJR" badging. Rain gutters and window surrounds were matte black on uk cars . When I acquired the XJR in part exchange it had been standing for some time . I revered it out of the former owners property and set of on the 130 mile journey home . Upon arriving back at Spinning Wheel I had fell under its spell and felt it worthy of some care as the general car itself was very , very good . It just needed a re commission of which I have had done , Brakes overhauled , 4 new tyres , New battery , New drive belts , New exhausts , Engine service , Air-conditioning reconditioned , Refurbed alloy wheels , Wax oil treated and a good valet . It looks beautiful and drives superbly . To be MOT tested for one year at point of sale . Any underside inspection welcome . There are no warning lights illuminated other than the fuel light seems to show its self on a regular basis but what price fun . Everything works also . All my invoices are to be seen .
