EXTERIOR
The GTS is finished in dazzling Carrera White, which is perfectly offset by the subtle black trim, GTS decals, and gorgeous ‘RS Spyder’ wheels. The bodywork maintains an impeccable finish all round with absolutely no car park dings, scratches, or unsightly chips to the front end. The wide rear hips are without any signs of road rash with the protective decals showing almost no signs of wear at all.
INTERIOR
The supportive Sports seats are trimmed in soft alcantara with leather bolsters and a contrasting stitch. Alcantara extends to the SportDesign steering wheel, handbrake lever and door trims, all of which remain in fine condition with no major wear to be found. Spec-wise this GTS boasts satellite navigation, BOSE surround sound, heated seats, Park Assist, and of course the hugely desirable Sport Chrono Package Plus option.
ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION
The GTS’s uprated 3. 8litre flatsix engine with direct fuel injection (DFI) delivers 408hp, which is 23hp more than the 911 Carrera S. Better still, when equipped with the 7-speed PDK transmission and optional Sport Chrono Package Plus – as this example is – the Coupé model can accelerate from 0-60mph in an astonishing 4. 2 seconds. Sport Chrono Plus offers an even more dynamic tuning of the chassis and engine setup. History-wise the car’s low mileage of 38k is backed up by full Porsche history. A fresh service will be carried out prior to sale for the new keeper’s piece of mind.
WHEELS, TYRES AND BRAKES
Filling those voluptuous arches are striking 19-inch Carrera Sport alloys in black, their centre locking design an unmistakable reference to Porsche’s motorsport pedigree. The wheels are finished with a contrasting polished lip, all of which remain in near perfect condition. Matching Bridgestone Potenzas are fitted at each corner, with large drilled discs and pristine red calipers really adding to the sense of occasion.
HISTORY FILE
The GTS was first registered in May 2011 and it was supplied new by Porsche Centre Wilmslow. The current owner (of three years) purchased the car from Porsche Centre Colchester, whose number plates are still fitted. The dealer-supplied document pack is of course present with all handbooks, the History File complete with every MOT certificate and plenty of Porsche invoices. The service booklet is up to date with Porsche stamps, and a fresh service will be carried out prior to sale.
