A True original 1946 Willy CJ2a True Yard Find.
On the UK NOVA database. All taxes and duties paid £55. 00 and a form into DVLA gets a V5.
73 Years old. This CJ had been sat for decades under a tree tight to a property in LA.
Very original long time owned and long time sat. Looks to have been last licenced in the late 70s.
Engine turns freely by hand. As this has been sat in the correct climate.
There is always a reason why something got parked & this one snapped a front half shaft joint.
To get it rolling here to the UK another left side shaft and spindle has been installed. Thats it.

Shows green paint under windscreen and in the engine bay in places. Also has one military split rim on the front right.
Some rust through to be expected in the lower cab floor but surrounding metal is solid enough to work.
The CJ is showing only a low 29k miles.
Great find and a really original old CJ that has survived 73 years. Fix it up and keep it as is or restore to higher level.
