We are delighted to present this beautiful 1978 Volkswage beetle 1300. A 1 owner, low mileage car that has been maintained regardless of cost by its previous owner with an absolutely huge service history including original service books. A beautiful original car presented in Marina blue with black Tex interior. An incredibly original car in time warp condition.
Presented in Marina blue the bodywork on this car is absolutely stunning. The shut lines and paint quality is absolutely fantastic and the car is a pleasure to see in the flesh. Having still it’s original heating channels the heating works perfectly. Probably the best of any beetle I have been in. All wheels and hubcaps are excellent. The only points to mention are some tiny stone chips to the front end that have been touched in.
As for the interior, the car is completely original with many factory extras including heated rear window and fog lights. The seats and carpets are as new with matching black piping. All glass is in good condition and the car presents beautifully in the flesh. A 80 radio has been fitted under the dash along with some speakers if you chose not to listen to that air cooled goodness.
On the road, the car drives as good as she looks. We have recently carried out a full service and detailed inspection of the car. This is the best driving beetle we have had. The car fires instantly and pulls remarkably well through all gears with zero smoke from the exhaust. The gear change on this car is exceptionally good and makes for an excellent tight drive.
Presented with a huge service history including receipts, mot’s, original stamped service book and two sets of keys. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is looking for a ready no excuse Beetle with all the major works already completed.
