A lovely untouched correct original very late example of the Iconic British car.
Supplied new by Ruette Braye Motors, the Guernsey Rover/ Mini dealers on the 17th of November 1999. Ordered with the factory Sport pack (factory fitted), consisting of additional gauges, 13'' wheels, 175 tyres, 4 lights up front, sports accelerator, chrome exhaust finisher. Also optional Pearlescent metallic paint. The orignal owner also specified the Burr Walnut full width Fascia.
Supplied with all the correct original paperwok, handbooks, service book, bills etc as per the picture. It will be supplied with a fresh MOT certificate, all paperwork necessary for UK mainland registration. I am able to help the new owner with this, as have done it many , many times. Please note all import duties have been paid. The car is ready for viewing in Wiltshire.
With regards condition, the bodywork is near un-marked, quite stunning, very correct, rust and dent free.
The factory alloy wheels are immaculate, tyres have 5-6 mm of tread remaining.
The boot compartment is original and very very tidy. Tools are complete, un-used spare wheel. A new battery has been fitted.
The interior is also in a similar condition to the rest of the car. Lovely unworn leather seating, unmarked carpets, door trims, perfect headlining etc. Overmats have been fitted since new.
Mechanically the Cooper is extremely strong. A joy to drive, always an immediate starter and showing no issues.
The car has the 1300 MPi engine.
A really lovely example of a late Mini Cooper Sport. Benefitting from the fact that no salt is used on the roads during Winter on the Channel Islands, resulting after 20 years in a car that has not suffered the usual corrosion problems seen on mainland examples. As my MOT inspector always says, he can pick out an Island car due to the complete lack of wear and tear to the underside and chassis. (They also have a 45mph speed limit!)
