A beautiful example of the mighty W140 coupé. This S500 is finished in rare 040 black with black leather upholstery. It has had just three owners from new and covered 95k miles.
First registered in August 1995, this 500 Coupé was typically comprehensively equipped with climate control, electric/ memory seats, electric rear blind, orthopaedic driver’s seat and so on. In Addition, it was fitted with a genuine Lorinser exhaust and rear spoiler.
Until 2016 it was owned by two members of the same family, then one subsequent keeper. All books and manuals are with the car, plus two remote keys. There is a very good service history with lots of preventative maintenance carried out by the last owner, including a transmission fluid and differential oil change, new brake fluid and coolant. The wiring harness has been replaced too.

Excellent condition inside and out with gleaming paintwork, unmarked Eltanin wheels and a beautifully clean interior. Soft-close, air conditioning and all other functions are working correctly.
These are wonderful long-distance cars to drive with a solidity that is impossible to replicate in today’s cars. Good 140 coupés are fairly rare now and this a great looking, well-cared for example that’s ready to go.
