Craner Classic Cars proudly present this 1960 Ford Zephyr Mark 2 Estate, an extremely rare model indeed, being the estate version. This are currently less than twenty Mark 2 Zephyr Estates registered with the DVLA.
The car is powered by a robust straight six-cylinder 2553cc ohv engine which runs excellently and with a real throaty sound to it. The gearbox features a wonderfully smooth column change. The steering and suspension also perform well, and with a top speed of 88mph the car has no problem keeping up with modern traffic. Added to the fact that the car is very comfortable, with deep, ample seats, it's marvellous to take out on the open road.

Anyone wanting to use this car as intended - for touring - will be well pleased with the vast amount of space inside as well as the roof rack on top.
As the pictures show, thousands upon thousands of pounds have been lavished on this car. The interior has been beautifully refurbished to a very high standard, there is no wear to the interior whatsoever, including the boards in the back. This unique Zephyr Estate looks utterly fantastic with its deep, all-over shine and bold colour combination of cream and red, brilliantly set off by the recently re-chromed bumpers, door handles, trim, and fittings. The arches and body are completely rust-free, as the photos show.
All in all this unique Zephyr Estate is a very attractive car indeed, a true monument to a bygone era, and is sure to draw a crowd of admirers wherever it goes.
