The XK140 was offered in three forms - coupe, roadster and drophead coupe.
The Drophead Coupé is the most interesting variation, with an additional pair of rear seats that added practicality.
The 140 is desirable property. It is also a lot more comfortable than the 120. The engine was moved forward, and the cockpit considerably enlarged. The wheel was canted slightly too, and the whole revision adds up to a lot more enjoyable car to drive.
The 140 lives up to its predecessor's reputation for a reliable and safe sports car. The engine seems practically unbreakable and the handling is very good.
