Having had just one owner from new and covered only 58k miles, this high-specification CLK is a great car for very little money.
This is the Kompressor model with the supercharged 2. 3-litre petrol, mated to a five-speed automatic gearbox. Finished in Brilliant Silver with Anthracite leather, it was generously specified when new with COMAND (sat nav etc.), climate control, Parktronic (parking sensors), heated seats and electric steering column.
Purchased new in December 2000, this CLK has been in the hands of the same owner 19 years from new. It comes with all its original books and manuals including the stamped service book. We have just serviced the car and it’s ready to go.
The car is generally very tidy but has a few minor blemishes to the paintwork after 19 years. The underside is in excellent condition with no corrosion at all thanks to a life in salt-free London - no brake pipe or suspension corrosion - and the interior is superb commensurate with its low mileage. The wheels have the usual deterioration to the diamond cut outer rim (easily sorted out with a refurbishment) and wear a matching set of Michelin tyres all round with plenty of tread depth.

The car drives beautifully with plenty of power, and feels tight and responsive as low mileage cars do.
What a great buy – this Mercedes offers years of comfortable, luxurious and rapid motoring for under two thousand pounds. It was very much loved by its previous owner and will make a fantastic everyday car for its next owner.
