This 1998 Atlantique 300, No. 46 of the 53 made and one of only 12 RHD cars. She is well known to the Venturi Clubs in France and GB and has an interesting history. Performance wise, she can race to 174mph with 60mph reached in under 6secs. She handles beautifully such is the racing pedigree of her chassis. She is hand-built around a variant of the unburstable PRV V6 3 litre engine, located midships with a single turbo producing c. 280bhp in a lightweight aerodynamic body. Grey leather interior with a carbon fibre trim.
Venturi’s are not complicated cars and are not expensive to run or maintain. There is a good support network for the cars in GB and in France of course if you fancy a trip to the Loire and meet the men who built her! She is known by her personalised registration E11E VA. “She goes”. But the biggest plus that sets her apart from other supercars is the ability to swallow two sets of golf clubs in the rear boot, with more luggage room in the front!
I've owned and enjoyed E11E VA for 15 years with many trips to France. This is a very reluctant sale. She has been well maintained over the years with a recent new clutch and suspensions overhaul: her oil pressure still good.
