MGB Roadster in Blaze. One of the last MGB Roadsters to come off the assembly line in 1980. After some research with Heritage department it was discovered that this MG was produced end of June 1980. Then sent to a dealer in Stirling in Scotland and as with quite a few last production Mgs it was stored and not registered new until 1985.
This is a very good example with much recent expenditure to bring to a reliable and excellent driving example. This included new alternator, new brakes including master cylinder, metal brake lines , hoses, shoes, pads, discs etc. New leaf springs, new shock absorbers, new stainless exhaust, new fuel pump and filter. There is the addition of an electric fan and an oil cooler.
Also to enhance the vehicle further a new set of blk/ alloy Minilite replica wheels which remain as new. A Motolita steering wheel and the wind deflector. The paintwork is very good as is the rubber and plastic trim.
The interior is good with the carpets being Black with Red piping. A JVC stereo has been added.
The convertible hood is excellent and is the more expensive Double Duck type. There is a half tonneau cover for when it is down.
With a very reasonable price tag, all the extras and recent expenditure along with superb parts availability this MG Roadster makes for a very affordable way of enjoying the Classic car experience.
