Just arrivede, one of hte finest examples of the Austin A60 Cambridge Estate. One look at the sharp and solid wheel arches shows just how good a condition this car is in. The bodywork is Florida Green with Dove Grey canopy roof, is in exceptional condition all round.
It's powered by an 1800cc B-Series inline 4-cylinder engine capable of a top speed in excess of 80 mph, according to The Motor magazine in 1961. This car's engine runs beautifully and the four-spped manual gearbox performs as majestically as it did more than half a century ago.
As well as being a very solid investment for the future, having become a very rare car, the Austin Cambridge Estate is also highly practical, with masses of luggage space, as the photos show, and easily capable of keeping up with modern traffic.
What's more, this one features a brand new yet 100% genuine original old stock leather interior. This was an incredibly rare find, and means that this is probably the only Austin Cambridge Estate on the market with a brand new unmarked original leather interior. The interior in general is in very nice order indeed, especially the instrument cluster and dashboard.
