This 2002 high spec Land Rover Discovery has been rebuilt on a galvanized 1973 Range Rover chassis and boasts a huge spec to help make it the ultimate classic 4×4.
Featuring a 4. 0 Range Rover petrol V8 (with gas conversion to run both) and automatic gearbox, this Landy has had a huge amount of time and money spent on it and is at home both on and off road.
The spec includes a full Terrafirma 2 inch adjustable suspension kit, castor correction arms, wide arches, full poly bush kit, winch bumper with LED lamps, sump guard, diff guard, rear step, adjustable tow bar, rear ladder, BF Goodrich All Terrain tyres plus lots more.
A lot of recent maintenance work has been carried out also including a full service, water pump, alternator and airflow meter, and both cylinder heads were redone too.
All in all, this is a properly done conversion and is a novel way to enjoy classic motoring – be it as a gentleman’s workhorse, off roader or Chelsea Tractor – with €56 tax and classic insurance.
