Here at Old Colonel Cars we have an excellent example of the BMW Z3 M Coupe. This January 1999 example has covered only 88, 000 miles and benefits from an outstanding, fully documented service history. A low owner car, only 3 former keepers, the last enjoying this car for 15 years.
Featuring the S50 3. 2 engine, shared with the M3, a 5 speed manual gearbox, limited slip diff, this is a real drivers car. This car is finished in Artic Silver Metallic with a lovely, extended Nappa leather, Black and Grey interior.

Bodywork / Interior / Wheels etc
The bodywork and paintwork on this Z3 look fantastic. A really solid and original example, with only the odd stone chip and minor marks on the bumpers.
Inside this example is also in excellent , original condition. The extended Nappa leather is all in excellent condition, as are the Sports seats and carpets. A lovely original interior.
The wheels are the original staggered 17 inch alloys. They are all in great shape, original with no corrosion. Just the odd mark on the outer rim, very presentable. All fitted with the correct Michelin Sport 3 tyres.
Chassis
The sills and jacking points are all in excellent condition. Look closer, all the suspension components, the brake lines, all in excellent shape. Its clear to see this car has been garaged and had very light use, no surface rust to be seen.
Engine / Gearbox
The 3. 2 engine starts and performs perfectly. This is the 3. 2 engine from the M3, producing 317 BHP.
The 5 speed gearbox is a delight to use, reassuringly tight gear changes with a lovely clutch feel.
History
This BMW benefits from an excellent service history. No less than 16 services in 88, 000 miles. We have all the original manuals, a fully stamped original service book, all old service receipts confirming history and mileage, old MOT’s etc, we have all the keys, full toolkit etc.

Summary
These early S50 cars are the ones to have in my opinion, only 3 BHP less than the later S54 cars and benefiting from a manual Limited slipp diff rather than traction control.
This example was last serviced at 87, 886 Miles, Mot’d until 29 January 2021 (no advisories).
HPI clear, no signs of any accidents etc.
