Francis Barnett Cruiser 75 225cc 4 speed. I have owned this bike for around 18 month and in that time it has sat in my shed waiting for me to do something with it, the Lock down has given me time to sort out the niggles and tidy the bike up as well as rebuilding a couple of my project bikes so I am now hoping to sell on a couple of my Francis Barnetts in favour of the recently rebuilt models. This is good honest mid 1950 bike with the usuall touch ups and battle scars aquired over the bikes 65 year history. It was reregistered by a previous owner in 1977 and is on a 1977 registration number, the DVLA have assured me this is correct as at this time the option of age related plates was not available but the declared manufacturer date in the V5c is 1955, I have the modern V5c in my name. I have never ridden this bike on the road as I have a couple of other classics and this one always seemed to get pushed to the back of the que hence the desission to sort it and part with it, I took the bike out of the shed today, charged the battery and with a tickle of the carb the bike fired up after a couple of kicks. I have checked that all the lights work and the horn and the ammeter is showing a charge when the bike is running. The tool box was missing but I have mangaed to recently get hold of a second hand one hence the reason it does not match the rest of the bike and the front tyre was perished so a brand new Mitas has just been fitted. The bike is advertised at a price so stupid low offers will be ignored. I have in the past had a couple of bikes collected by a local transporter and he will deliver anywhere in the UK but obviously the price is dependent on where you are and how quickly you want the delivery done. The bike will not be released until full cleared payment is received and the ownership has been transfered
