The burgundy bodywork is excellent with a deep all-over shine, no rust or bubbling, the arches are all sharp and solid. The interior is in fine order as can be seen from the pictures. Hardly any wear whatsoever considering the car's age. Especially impressive is the dashboard, and the roof lining is quite superb.
This Singer Vogue Mark 1 also drives faultlessly, and anyone hearing the quiet-running engine will be in no doubt whatsoever that the 77, 000 miles on the odometer are 100% genuine. The 4-speed manual gearbox performs faultlessly too.
All in all the car looks striking with its Old English White roof and the whitewall tyres really complement the rich burgundy paintwork. The interior is equally first-rate and mechanically the car wants for nothing - this car has obviously been maintained to a very high standard throughout its life.
