Harley Davidson Sportster Sport XL1200 - 1999
Only 613 Genuine Miles & Superb Condition
I am selling my rare and very unique Harley Davidson X1200 Sportster Sport as I have far too many motorbikes so need to reduce the collection and it is highly likely I will never use it! This Sportster Sport is ready to go.
This is the real deal XL1200 Sportster Sport with the factory standard spec:
• Twin spark plug heads
• 4 coils
• Uprated high compression cylinder heads
• Uprated oil pump
• Uprated camshafts
• Twin front discs (only Sportster to have twin front discs as std)
• 19-inch mag wheels
• Adjustable forks
• Piggy back rear shocks
This Sportster Sport is in 100% standard condition as it left the factory, therefore it has NEVER been messed with. It was bought into the UK in 2000 but it was never registered until I purchased it. Therefore, I am the 1st registered keeper in the UK and there was 1 previous and fully documented owner in the USA.
There is a very large history file that comes with this Sportster Sport. I will list the information below:
• Only 613 miles
• Starts immediately, runs and rides perfectly
• MOT expires Feb 2021
• Major service which included NGK plugs (4), air filter and brake fluid change was carried out in March 2020
• Carbs removed and fully cleaned in March 2020 as it had a slight hunt on tick over
• New and genuine Harley Davidson vac fuel tap fitted March 2020
• New Battery fitted March 2020 (cost £85 as it has to have the correct one)
• New Avon Cobra tyres fitted this year - the original tyres were still on the bike so they were changed as they were 20 years old!
• Inside of tank - immaculate
• 2 x Harley Davidson keys
• Original owner’s handbook
• USA title document available
• Large history file
• V5 present and in my name
The wheels could do with a good polish up (sorry just don't have time to do the wheels) as they are a bit dull and there is some pitting.
