1966 Hillman Minx De-Luxe. Polar White with black upholstery. This Minx has had just four previous owners in 54 years and has 55, 000 miles recorded with some old mot’s on file which seem to back this up. The car has been very well cared for and over the past 4 years has had lots of money spent which includes Spax adjustable shock absorbers all round, a new carburettor and performance air filter. The cylinder head was also removed and fitted with hardened valves for unleaded fuel. The car has just passed an mot with no advisories and the underside is very solid with no signs of welding. The paintwork is excellent and the upholstery and roof lining in superb order. The engine bay is very presentable and has been repainted although this has been done by hand. The car drives without fault and the new carb allows the car to idle very nicely and pull exceptionally well through the rev range, the 1725cc engine more than adequate for the car.
