*** Sorry now sold*** Built by hotchkiss in paris, under licence from the original willys overland company, this jeep was built in 1963 for the french army and is in the main, identical to the earlier wartime models.
i have owned it since 2007 and undertook a complete body off rebuild 4 years ago as you can see from the chassis picture, but i kept the old paint patina on the bodywork. The structure is 100% solid and mechanically it is also very sound with everything working as intended.
although not shown in the photographs it also has both the open summer top and a fully enclosed winter hood and side screens.
it was imported into this country and uk registered around 15 years ago, so being nearly 60 years old, it is now tax and mot exempt.
sadly, since the rebuild i have only used it very occasionally, so reluctantly i have decided to move it on to a new home.
