rare 1968 Raleigh Wisp moped. Photo evidence of recent restoration down to a bare frame. Painted in Gold as they originally were, engine has been stripped and rebuilt. original patina on handle bars and brake levers. we believe these to be the same as the early Raleigh Chopper. 3 owners from new with a current V5. Mileage unknown as they don't have a speedo. Engine now runs super quiet. Complete with original shopper bag on the back. This is a true throw back from the past.
