The interior has been upgraded with TD5 dash with centre console, electric front windows, XS-style seats front and rear (the fronts are high-back type), modern stereo, and a decent Thatcham category 1 alarm/ immobiliser system (with certificate)
This one, according to the service history, started life as a standard 130 HiCap with the Environment Agency rather than being a farmer's truck. However in 2004/ 05 it underwent a comprehensive conversion, basically to XS specification as Land Rover didn't make an XS 130 It seems little expense was spared in creating a rather special Defender including a full colour change from the original white to black, the automatic transmission conversion done by Ashcroft using all new components, the air conditioning installation to look factory-spec, and the upgraded interior and exterior components including XS seats sourced directly from Land Rover.
Odometer reading 148000 miles in the hands of 3 previous owners, and it's done next to no miles since we last serviced it.
