This remarkable W210 E240 has been in the same family from near new and covered just 39, 401 miles.
The car was supplied to Mr Platts by Mercedes dealer, County Garage, Cheltenham, as a six month old ex demonstrator. He part exchanged his ’98 E240. Mr Platts kept the car until he passed away in 2016 and passed to his son, also a Mercedes enthusiast who, like his father kept the car garaged, correctly maintained and immaculately clean while covering very few miles.
This facelift W210 was specified with Brilliant Silver metallic paintwork, grey leather trim, automatic, air conditioning, cruise control, rain sensing wipers and part electric seats.
All books and manuals are present with the car, two remote keys, wallet key and additional spare blade (the full set) with MB County Garage key rings. The car also wears its original dealer number plates. In addition to the service book, there is a folder containing every piece of paperwork pertaining to the car since it was new including the bill of sale.
