I'm selling this lovely mercedes 190E on behalf of one of my friends .
It was owned by her parents for the last 25 years
Firstly by her mother then her step father who sadly passed away earlier this year.
It's a fine example of the marque having been a daily driver up until February this year.
It has been meticulously serviced in every year of their ownership having annual oil and filter changes regardless of mileage covered by it's enthusiast owners.
Its only covered 250 miles since its December MOT but once I charged the battery it started first turn of the key so I drove it on a 20 miles to check the 1800cc engine and manual gearbox performed without fault.
It's a lovely relaxed drive and pulls well in every gear the brakes pull up well and evenly.
I then went ahead and got a fresh 12 month MOT now valid until 2nd December 2021 for the new owners peace of mind
It has a couple of a minor advisories as follows
it will require front suspension arm bushes and reference has been made to the front tyres
but they are certainly road legal have good tread and hold good pressure
please bear in mind the MOT was done by a garage who specialise in selling tyres so you can draw your own conclusions on that one !!
The interior is a fine place to sit - it's very clean and has been well cared for by a non smoking/ no pets family with barely any wear on the drivers seat bolster considering it's over 25 years young
There is a large service file and all MOTs and bill of sale since the early 90s .
The car is realistically priced to sell promptly to a Mercedes enthusiast who would appreciate a rare well kept manual example of this very popular and reliable model.
