Here is the 1974 AMC Javelin kitted with the Pierre Cardin furniture. This AMC Javelin was being restored over the past two years, however due to complications with finances thanks to COVID - 19 as well as Academics, it has to go!
The car currently has a 6. 4 ltr V8 Chevrolet Big Block installed (Not the original engine) which although it isn't the 396 or 401 that these lumps use to have, will still make it fly like a missile. The engine does run in the condition the car is in as the fuel lines and fuel tank have been newly reconnected. The front brakes will need fluid and to be bled but should work, the rear ones require a T-adapter to connect up the hose but also should work. The "handbrake" so-to-speak is also connected and does work too.
The electrics HAVE worked in the car previously, however during some of the restoration, they were re-jigged a bit and as such, are not currently working at maximum capacity (Lights work, spark plugs still fire, dash lights do not currently come on).
The windscreen has a crack and the drivers side window will need to be realigned as it is loose. The interior has been stripped and so a lot of the hard work has been done.
