1988 MERCEDES-BENZ W126 300SE
Just arrived into stock with us is this absolutely beautiful W126 300se.
It has covered a documented 44k miles from new which is supported by a stamped Mercedes-Benz main dealer and specialist service history including supporting invoices and MOT certificates. This car had covered only 12k miles up until 2012 and had spent a significant amount of time in dry storage which is evident by the unbelievable condition of the chassis and underside in general, the inside of all four wheel arches is like new with only factory sealer present everywhere, there is absolutely zero rust on the car whatsoever, all the chrome trim is perfect and under the engine bay it is like a new car as you can probably tell by the pictures!
In fact in November 2011 Quentin Willson actually wrote about this EXACT car in his newspaper column when it was last for sale stating that it was an “as new” car. It comes complete with all its original books, four keys and old tax discs too.
It has never had any paint whatsoever, it is literally the most genuine, original w126 you will ever come across. There are the odd small mark/ scratch here and there that have been touched in in the past, which shows just how genuine the car is. I imagine a very good 3 stage polish and detail would remove a large proportion of these and they don’t detract from the overall appearance.
Everything works on this vehicle exactly as it should and as you would expect it drives without fault. The rear parcel shelf has zero corrosion also.
