The C55 AMG is one of the least common AMG models. In estate form it is positively rare with just 595 built. Only 55 were sent the UK.
With its 5. 4-litre AMG-built V8 in the compact C-Class body, this was a real muscle car. In estate form it’s a real Swiss army knife of a car – discrete, powerful, luxurious and completely practical.
This 2004 example in Brilliant Silver with Anthracite leather has covered just 51k miles from new and is in, quite simply, as close to new condition as could be imagined.
Recently imported from Japan where it has evidently led an extremely cossetted life, garaged and has never seen salt. As a result, the condition of this car has to be seen to be believed.
Highly specified with climate control, heated/ electric/ memory seats, glass sunroof, xenon headlights and folding mirrors. Since import the Japanese version COMAND has been replaced with a Dynavin multimedia unit incorporating DAB, Bluetooth, sat nav, music streaming and much more, whilst retaining an entirely original equipment quality and appearance. The only thing that dates cars of this era tends to be the sat nav/ radio, but this Dynavin offers all the features you find in new cars.
The body is absolutely unmarked throughout and original. The underside is like new and the interior is immaculate – the leather seats are still satin with no signs of wear.
Drives without fault and retains all the ‘tightness’ of a new car.
