Chassis number 32713 - first registered on February 18th 1938 as DSM 415 in the Dumfriesshire area. The Lanchester 11 was a facelift of the Lanchester 10 which had been the smallest car in the Daimler Lanchester range a fact that frustrated many Lanchester owners who did not agree the Lanchester name should be put on a "small family car". The Lanchester 11 was launched with either a Six Light or Four Light body during September 1936 and remained in production until 1939. This example is fitted with a Pre Select Gearbox.
