The MG TB was produced in 1939 and only 379 examples are known to have been built. The XPAG engine of 1250cc mated to a 4 speed gearbox gave the TB a good turn of speed.
This extremely rare MG presents beautifully. Finished in apple green with contrasting red leather upholstery and painted silver wheels it is a joy to behold.
Pictures on file show the former owner was television presenter Anthea Turner and in fact this was a 40th birthday present to her. Prior to the last owner it is believed the MG was in only one family ownership, namely Mr Turner followed by his daughter Anthea.
The car comes with a comprehensive history file, many invoices, a current V5C and the old buff logbook. The MG has been well restored over the years and is in lovely original condition with full weather equipment and correct original specification.
