1970 Triumph TR6 2. 5 Manual Overdrive. Triumph White with black leather upholstery and a black hood. This lovely TR6 has been well cared for and presents very well and is ready to enjoy. Originally despatched to the USA in 1970 the car was repatriated to the UK in 1994 where it was converted to right hand drive and restored. Since returning to our shores it has had just 3 owners in 27 years. In 2009 the car was converted to run on unleaded fuel and had further engine work with photographs on file recording the rebuild. The Triumph comes with a large history file containing bills, invoices and mot’s back to 1994 when the car arrived home. Recent works include a new electric fan, new clutch and a service. Running and driving just as it should with excellent oil pressure and working overdrive and performing very well on test drive with the stainless exhaust giving a lovely engine note. The paintwork is very bright with a lovely shine, the leather upholstery showing minimal wear and a very good hood in great condition. The wire wheels complete the look of this 70’s classic.
