I'm selling some of my prized Volkswagen cars that I have collected over the course of time, due in part to a lack of space and increasing my Motorbike collection.
This Polo is rather special and quite a rarity these days.
Finished in Pearl Grey with Tricolour diagonal stipe cloth interior and supplied new on 5th September 1993 by Fairways (A. G) Ltd in Preston to its first owner who kept the car until 3rd July 2020.
The original invoice and accompanying £300 redemption voucher is complete in the vehicle's history file along with comprehensive service records. The car was fondly known as Rosie and for quite a few years a fuel consumption log was kept which makes a fascinating read.
Today, the car has only covered 29, 728 miles, virtually blemish free and has never had a radio fitted. It's totally unmolested and would make a great addition to a VW collection or just be driven day-to-day at very minimal cost as it's so simplistic and easy to maintain.
