On offer here is a 1994 'L' registration Cavalier 1. 7 TD (Isuzu engine) CD 5 door.
This example has covered 208, 000 miles and has had just 2 former keepers with one owner keeping the car for 23 years!
It is very straight, original and solid with no apparent welding ever having taken place to the floorpan, sills or boot area. A small patch has been applied to part of the front subframe. Bodywork is all original panels though some surface rust is now present that would require attention in the long run, overall it presents well though.
The interior is the plusher Velour trim as used on the CD and it's all complete with no major wear or damage to seats, dashboard, carpets or door panels. The headlining is sagging in the corners though.
The MOT is until September 2022. To drive it is exactly how I remember them, with an overall positive and tight feel to suspension, brakes and steering.

Although no service history has been passed on to me it is obvious that someone has clearly looked after this car.
Overall this is a great opportunity to acquire a late Cavalier at a sensible price that would make a great retro daily drive (cheap as chips to run?) which can be further improved as you go along.
