I've ran the truck since the work for around 1000 miles now, monitoring all the temps and oil levels since, and it drives faultless.
The truck drives extremely well, for a 18 year old Dodge, with the lift kit giving superb visibility and factory like roll and damping.
The engine and transmission are faultless, running on LPG, or on Petrol (seamless switch over).
The Prins LPG Kit is widely regarded as the best that money can buy, and I have had great experience with this LPG kit and the workmanship of Gastech Warrington (having installed the 6 cylinder Kit on my Dakota).
The LPG Tank replaces the factory spare wheel underbody location, and is 100L fill capacity, with 4 ports to allow quicker filling. The fill point is next to the rear licence plate.
Fuel Economy is around 16mpg, with town and motorway driving.
@58p a litre for LPG (Morrisons), that equates to a 35mpg truck.
The truck has never been raced/ thrashed, its just a fantastic cruiser, and I tend to stick at 60mph everywhere.
The exhaust modification (middle silencer delete) sounds incredible, it is loud, but much better than originally expected. Very little resonance/ drone on the motorway, but around town it certainly rumbles beautifully. The silencer delete was not the best workmanship (the bends are not the prettiest), but did the job.
The truck does not have a rear tow bar, I have never towed with it.

Condition & Known Faults:
The truck is 18 years old and has been used as a truck, so has wear related marks throughout the exterior. Every panel has at least a scuff/ light scratch/ swirl marks, but without any corrosion. The worst panels as mentioned are the roof, the bonnet and the driver's D Pillar. The truck has been jetwashed every weekend, but hasn't been detailed/ paint corrected/ treated etc, however I would expect the paint would come out great if it was detailed, with the majority of imperfections I would expect would come out with some work.
There are a few small pin dents in the panels under very close examination, and a dent in the rear bumper.
Plastic wing mirrors have grazing
Heater Blend Mode Door issue, so the front screen demister floor blower does not operate, so air through centre dash vents only. A common problem, with blend door kits around £20 from Rockauto.
Drivers Seat Electric Tilt/ Angle not working (motor buzzing but not moving), but electric forward and backward slide works fine.
Suspect a slight blow from exhaust at the silencer delete.
Reason for Sale:-
I have accepted a chassis engineer job with an American Automotive OEM in California, so my family and I will be getting relocated there next summer, and so we are selling up our assets that we cannot take with us. I am not in a rush at all to sell my truck, it is a really regrettable sale, but hope it brings a new owner a lot of happiness.
