This motorcycle has not been restored other than the engine / motor has been extensively rebuilt, What you can see is mostly original and unmolested, in other words left alone.

Much time and money has been spent on the engine by the last owner who has sadly passed away on the day he went to go and buy a new battery for his bike.
Many hand written drawings and lots & lots of bills and receipts from various well known companies including SRM Engineering.
I can honestly say i have never heard or ridden such a nice BSA A7 500 in my life as this one.
All the attention on the build has been in the engine, mechanically i can 100% guarantee you will not find a nicer one anywhere.
Cosmetically the bike still has that nice old look.
The bike is old but fresh and ready to go, I would much prefer to see the new buyer keep this bike the way it has been prepared, no tyre kickers please or ' WHATS YOUR BEST PRICE MR '
I have not tried to polish the hell out of this BSA, First to come and see and ride will understand why.
A new Yuasa battery has know been fitted.
