A lovely original W124 saloon with a rare manual gearbox.
Pearl Blue metallic with navy blue cloth interior with Zebrano wood. Electric windows and electric sunroof.
Supplied new by Ciceley Continental of Preston. Only 4 owners from new. 124k miles with lots of recent service history from John Haynes and ourselves. Recent work includes new head gasket and injectors carried out by ourselves in 2021. Recent MoT with no advisories.
All books and manuals, plus three keys.
The car is super original throughout, right down to its original dealer number plates, radio and floor mats. The bodywork is in excellent condition; the paintwork is superb apart from a few minor marks to the lower (plastic) cladding.
The interior is also in superb condition throughout as the photos show, apart from a hole in the driver’s seat bolster – easily repaired.
The car drives very well. The five-speed manual gearbox was an uncommon choice but it changes smoothly and gives the car more performance and much taller gearing then the automatic making for more relaxed high speed cruising.
Overall a nice, well-preserved and very original W124 that’s been in daily use and is ready for the next 30 years.
