This is a pretty rare little Garelli Junior Turismo that really is a sweet looking machine, and not one I've had before, or even seen in the flesh. It's a 50cc 4 speed sports moped, although without pedals, and it starts, runs and sounds very sweet, and pulled well on a ride around the site here. It's in generally very good condition bar the usual Italian chrome on the wheels, some fuel damage to the paint around the filler cap. It's UK registered as Historic, and you're unlikely to see another one at your local tiddler club.
