Just arrived at South Norfolk Classics
1971 Saab 96 V4 with just 69000 miles from new and a fabulous history file.
Finished in Dove Grey with Red velour trim.
Mot and tax exempt but currently motd with no advisories until March 2023.
We have with the Saab original sales and marketing brochures, workshop manual, lots of old mot certificates dating back to 1981, services invoices dating back 40 years, old tax discs etc.
The Saab 96’s came with a freewheel option which enables the car to drive as a manual with a clutch or semi automatic where the clutch does not need to be used.
Fabulous all round condition with lovely paintwork, really good chrome, the interior is perfect and with absolutely no sign of any wear. The underneath is exceptionally solid.
The German built V4 Ford engine gives plenty of power.
The 96 drives faultlessly and has been maintained impeccably.
A very quirky design and well ahead of its time and a pleasure to own and drive.
