1964 Raleigh RM4 50 cc Moped , Classic Raleigh presented in its excellent original condition , Original paint work with that unrepeatable look of its age , The former keeper tells me the rims have been replaced and new inner tubes and tyres fitted along with a recommission to running condition , The Raleigh Runabout was born out of the need of cheap and economical Post War transport . The first Model the RM1 was launched in 1958 at the "Savoy Hotel" , London , Later R model followed using the Norman 3K motor , Then a Saches and the RM4 and 5 being license-built Mobylette models . The range stopped at RM12 in 1969 . . The basic package cost £59 1 17s . A truly lovely period moped , Comes with its current V5C and a workshop manual , Delivery and Shipping arranged
