MV Agusta F4 1000 'Tamburini'
UK Supplied unit, with a single owner from new. Absolutely original & in as new condition with just 300 miles.
By personal order of Claudio Castiglioni in 2004 300 copies of the F4 1000 Tamburini were released, the President of the company decided to express his admiration for the designer Massimo Tamburini, author of the MV Agusta F4, Ducati 916, and many other wonderful motorcycles.
Due to the use of magnesium alloy instead of aluminium, forged wheels & carbon fiber fairing, the weight was reduced to 184 kg vs the standard F4 1000 weighing 194 kg.
The F4 Tamburini received Marzocchi inverted forks with a 50 mm diameter, Sachs Formula 1 rear shock absorber & Nissin "Golden" series front six-piston brake calipers with a wheel diameter of 310 mm. The 998 cc inline four cylinder engine, equipped with the TSS (Torque Shift System) system capable of changing the length of the air intake tract, was boosted to 172. 8 HP at 11, 750 rpm. The maximum speed is 307 km/ h.
