A true piece of motoring History, the 924 made Porsches affordable for everybody and saved Porsche as a business. The car has been part of the family for the past 7 years, used initially as a daily driver, however over the past few years has been used less frequently. It's a gorgeous car that deserves some more love and attention than it is currently getting.
It has a 2. 0 L engine, rear wheel drive and handles brilliantly. It's never going to go fast, but you're going to arrive in style. It has had the fuel pump replaced with a more modern version (one of the two major problems with a 924). The car is fitted with a modern Bluetooth/ USB stereo and reproduction factory speakers to make it useable for everyday driving. The car has electric windows and a heated rear windscreen.
It comes with a Stormforce Car cover tailor made for a 924. It passed it's most recent MOT (earlier this Year) with some advisories and most of the parts to fix these will come with the car. Unfortunately due to poor health, I cannot carry out the work. It has the usual wear and tear of an old car, sun damage on the dashboard, however this was often protected with a reflective screen to limit the damage done.
It has well documented history for the past 7 years with receipts for every part and piece of work carried out on the car and some sporadic history before that. It is a great car in good condition, someone with some more time could get it back being a show quality car.
It's a shame to let such an amazing car go, however it is time for someone else to take it that will appreciate it more than we did.
