For sale my UR quattro 1986 D reg. MOT until April 2023 with just under 123, 000 miles. I am the 11th Keeper and have owned it since 2015.
The reason for sale is that I have an opportunity to purchase another car which is on my bucket list.
The car is located in Kettering, Northants
I have the complete history for this car starting with the original bill of sale with the optional grey leather interior.
The car has a record of significant financial investment to keep it in its current condition. All documented in a folder which is approximately 3 inches deep with invoices!
Over the last couple of years it has had a top end refresh (shims, injectors, seals), reconditioned turbo, reconditioned power steering rack, new belts and water pump. All torqued up to the required specifications
It has new CV joints in each corner ensuring the ABS sensors are able to work as efficiently as possible.
Visually the car presents well and is in good condition. It has had a window line down respray prior to me purchasing it. Other than the sun roof there are no obvious signs of rust (the sunroof has a small rust spot).
Patricia is fully functioning as are all the other functions within the car with the exceptions noted below.
It’s a fantastic example of an 80’s sports car and represents a great opportunity to own and enjoy especially with the documented history which comes with the car.
The not so good bits:
The driver seat bolsters are worn and the heated seat function doesn’t work (it does on the passenger side) and there is a crack in the leather on the rear seat from age.
The diff locks do not engage – everything it fully connected up and the mechanism can be manually slipped in and out so I suspect it is the actuators
The electric aerial runs when the radio is switched on but the antenna does not rise/ retract.
Sun roof does have one small rust spots but fully works, and can be removed
