Original Harley Superglide with 1200cc Shovelhead engine and four speed.
It was an import in 2015. The previous enthusiast owner powder coated the frame and rebuilt the top end of the engine to cure a couple of oil leaks. It was a kickstart only FX model so he fitted a starter motor as all the wiring etc. was there to bring it to FXE spec.
A rare clean and original Harley Shovelhead not covered in eagles and skulls, and not a recent heap of unknown grief just out of a container from the US. I looked for over a year to find an unmolested Superglide.
I spend more time in the workshop than riding so may p/ ex for something pre-war, just post-war or interesting; like a Nimbus for instance.
