1949 MG TC. Red with barley leather upholstery and hood. Original engine matching numbers car. This beautiful TC has been with its last keeper for 11 years and has been maintained regardless of cost. It has been lovingly enjoyed attending many shows and previously was a Best in Show winner. It has a very interesting history, it is an original U. K registered right hand drive car that still carries its original registration number, and previously belonged to Ken Annakin a film producer who made the following films - 'Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines' and ‘Battle Of The Bulge'. A professional restoration was carried out before the last owners purchase and the car has always been correctly garaged and never taken out In inclement weather. A lovely history file accompanies the MG which includes many bills and invoices as well as the original Buff Log Book issued in 1949 when the car was first registered. A few subtle recommended upgrades have been implemented just to improve the TC which include being fitted with a battery isolator. A stainless steel exhaust. Electronic ignition.
