La MK2 è la più rara e ricercata delle Austin Healey , prodotta in soli 5062 esemplari appositamente con 3 carburatori SU HS4 ed un nuovo albero a camme riprofilato, appositamente per agevolarne l’omologazione in gara di queste modifiche in vista del Rally di Montecarlo, Spa Sofia Liegi e Coppa delle Alpi dove ottenne importanti successi con piloti de calibro di Aaltonen e Makinen.
Questa auto è stata restaurata qualche anno fa con ampia documentazione fotografica, è iscritta ASI ed omologata Targa Oro ed è stata recentemente manutenzionata . Pronta all’uso, completa di hard top originale, soft top blue e tonneau cover.

The MK2 is the rarest and most sought after of the Austin Healeys, produced in only 5062 specimens specifically with 3 SU HS4 carburetors and a new re-profiled camshaft, specifically to facilitate the homologation of these modifications in the race in view of the Monte Carlo, Spa Rally. Sofia Liège and the Coppa delle Alpi where she obtained important successes with the likes of Aaltonen and Makinen.
