The collaboration of Rolls Royce with Vanden-Plas resulted in this uniquely driveable sumptuously appointed saloon, being compact by Rolls Royce standards with an incredibly refined drive attributable to the FB60 Rolls Royce 4 litre mated with Borg Warner’s model 8- an incredibly advanced gearbox in its time. The comfort and sense of well being behind the wheel is second to none and its balances a prestige, handsome look without ostentation. Reclinable leather seats are amazingly comfortable, and the wall-to-wall polished veneers are beautiful. This VPOC multi-award example achieved first in class- August 2022 with its last owner who has cared for it on the Isle of Man for 15 years. The engine and transmission were rebuilt around 10 years ago with proper invoices in an impressive file to show. Current mileage- 66, 000. The Red Hide interior and Black over Carlton Grey Coachwork is completely stunning with excellent chrome, detailed engine bay and freshly re-trimmed boot.
