This is very solid & in really nice condition. Must have had an enthusiast as the original or early owner who has historicaly spent a lot of time and money on this. The engine is sport spec & has a 40 dellorto carb, 4 branch stainless steel exhaust system & silencer & most probably a reprofiled camshaft?
Lots of history within the service book.
This was previously owned by a friend of mine who had the engine stripped & new liner base gasket shims fitted, along with a new Temac (OE quality) head gasket etc. This work was carried out by an ex Lee hall motors Skoda mechanic.
The car had paintwork when in my friends ownership, but this was mainly because the car had painted on side stripes which were not to his liking.
It has the odd small mark & repair, but nothing really noticable, as to be expected for its age.
Must be one of the best out there, Best colour, and must be viewed to be apreciated.
New tyres, MOT until June 2023, Mileage 77600.
