Description

New For sale in our showroom, Dodge Coronet RT 1969 automatic transmission.

The Car
A very nice low production Dodge Coronet RT with his 440 engine and automatic transmission, this Coronet was meant for one thing, and that is going fast from zero to hundred. A Coronet was always meant for big engines and low options, this car is just like that, if you wanted options you were better off with a Plymouth GTX or Satellite, but a Coronet was meant for driving fast! So fewer options less weight, more fun and more speed! But of course this car had a few good options that were needed for the Power and fun! More later.

This car, is a car we found around 9 years ago in the state of New York. Where we imported the car from, then we have sold the car to a client in Europe. And he kept the car for 7 years, later we bought the car back and have serviced the car and upgraded the car a little, and it's ready for a new owner!

This car comes with its original build sheet to check its pedigree, a few options this car came with: F25 Heavy Duty Battery 70 AMP / G15 Tinted Windshield / S77 Power steering / B31 Heavy Duty Brakes standard on RT models/ but It's nice to see the original orange painted drums on the front! Because that is original! The car carries a lot of its original sheet metal and is looking very good. The gaps on the doors and the hood and trunk are still tight, and the Hemi Orange paint is shinning very brightly! This car its moldings are still in good condition and the original RT panel in the rear is also in a good condition and the aluminum is still bright.

The Drivetrain
We have a beautiful 440 engine with casting number 2536430-6 and casting date number 1-11-1969 that stands for 11 January 1969. The Mopar 440 engine has also an ID pad on top of the engine that tells you the year and cubic inches and the date it is being build off by a mechanic in the factory. The ID pad tells us E4400 so E is 1969 and 440 is of course the 440 engine identifier, the date is 2-20 that stands for 20 February 1969. The engine is amazing and in healthy condition we have tested the engine, and we have serviced the engine, and we have fine-tuned the engine before it came on our showroom floor! The transmissions is a 727 automatic transmission that is the correct type for this car, it came with 3 gears, the transmissions shifts fine, and it's serviced in our shop also! The rear axle is a Mopar 8 3/ 4 that is also the correct rear axle for this 69 Coronet.

The Undercarriage
The underside of the car is protected by a clean black coating, the underside is very dry and hard. The car has had a previous upgrade on the underside, as its so clean overall and everything looks nice underneath the car. The brakes are looking fresh and the exhaust system is still in a good condition, the car will be double-checked before it gets sold. And we will make sure the car brakes and runs and drives nice, so you can enjoy it!

The Interior
The car is build with a black interior and comes with nicely optioned Buckets seats! The car has the shifter on the column, and has a full sweep dashboard gauge cluster, the dash is very clean and working fine. There can be installed a nicely small tachometer to the right of the full sweep speedometer, that would be a small but correct add for this car, we can arrange that if you want! The interior is all original and looking still that fresh! The wooden panels are nice and clean, the buckets seats still seat nice and are also clean and fresh! Maybe you should buy some floor mats for the car to make the car more complete inside, it was not standard delivered with floor mats. But i think it would fit the car good! The car is big enough to have 4/ 5 people in the car, the car comes also with it original seat belts.

Extra option on this car:

We could install extra wheel well moldings on this car
We could install extra M46 Side Scoops on this car
We could install a N96 Fresh Air Hood Package
Ask for more information about these extra options a Coronet could have to our sales department.

This car comes with Dutch Registration and a full service on the House!

We can trade in your current classic or modern car, please ask us for more information or email us!

For people that life outside the EU, we can give special export prices.
