1972 MGB Roadster V8 Conversion , Professionally undertaken by well known marque expert "Trevor Taylor" in the late 1990, s , All supporting invoicing is supplied with the V8 Roadster and approximately 25, 000 miles has been completed since completion of the restoration and on its rebuilt 3. 5 Rover V8 engine and gearbox . Superbly maintained to date and again supplied with all invoices for maintenance and upgrades . Finished in Dark British Racing Green with contrasting black hide seating and a recent set of Sage green carpets . The hood has been recently replaced with a black Double Duck Example , Sat on MG V8 wheels with excellent Avon tyres and of course the best bit is the V8 3. 5 Litre motor feeding through a "Holly" carburetor mounted on top of a "Offenhauser" manifold with tubular stainless steel manifold and full stainless steel exhaust system . The Gearbox is a "Slick Shift" unit giving an easy and smooth gear change , Electronic ignition with a "Mallory" distributor is fitted to aid reliability . The drive train and brakes are also uprated to cater for the increased out put of this B Roadster (Full specification on file) .
